How can I purchase tickets?
Purchase tickets for the Alumni Awards Gala, at http://bit.ly/fawtickets. Proceeds will benefit Alumni Association programs and scholarships.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds or exchanges will be provided. All events are rain or shine.
Will tickets be sold at the door?
No tickets will be sold at the door. There are a limited number of tickets available, so act fast!
Will I need my photo ID?
Photo IDs will be checked at any event where alcohol is served. Guests must be 21 years or older to attend the Lowcountry Oyster Roast on November 17, 2023.
Is tobacco or smoking allowed on campus?
No, the College of Charleston campus and the Alumni Awards Gala at the Marriott are drug, tobacco, and smoke-free. This includes cigars, vaping, etc.
What is the attire?
Wear your best SEWE-casual attire at the Lowcountry Oyster Roast. The Alumni Awards Gala is black tie/cocktail attire.
Will parking be available near the events?
Free parking is available at the Charleston Marriott for the Alumni Awards Gala. As always, we recommend walking or taking Uber or Lyft.
Inclement weather plans?
Fall Alumni Weekend is a rain or shine event! In case of emergency, we will update you through the Alumni Association website and social media.
Is there a social media hashtag we should use?
#CofCFAW can be used on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Use #CofCFAW for everything; outfit options, cheering on the Cougars, running into that friend you haven’t seen in forever – post it all!
